I live in the UK and was doing my research to have upper bleph, my eyelids were very heavy & hooded making me look tired and under confident, hated having a photo taken. I got in touch with MedRoyal and Dani made contact , I sent in photos and we chatted on the phone. Dani then checked for suitable surgeons and I decided on YES Visage clinic with Dr Mrna. Dani helped with the hotel suggestion which was attached to the clinic. I travelled alone, felt safe & cared for. I have had my stitches removed today in the UK and the results after 8 days are amazing. I am still healing but even the nurse in the UK said the job the surgeon had done was really very good. Dani also assisted with the logistic of transfer arrangements from airport to hotel and return.   Dani always responded promptly to any concerns or questions I had and explained everything in a very professional and reassuring way.    Due to a problem with availability of clinical staff, to carry out my operation on the planned day, Dani very quickly had to arrange for a different surgeon to see me and also make new arrangements for all the pre-op tests, so that the operation could take place on the day planned, as I was already in the country.   I cannot thank Dani enough for all her help, her reassurance and her   skill in making all the necessary arrangements, which ensured a very successful outcome for me. Is it possible to combine minifacelift with eyelid surgery?

Yes, facelift and minifacelift are combined with upper and lower eyelid surgery very often.

Does it make sense to use a dermatological treatment after a minifacelift?

Yes, sure. Plastic surgery turns off the lower and outer part of the face, but the quality of the skin remains unchanged. For best results, treating wrinkles and scars at dermatology can make sense in some cases.

What is the difference between a facelift and a minifacelift?

Minifacelift is a more gentle and also less costly method. Compared to facelift, it removes a smaller amount of skin and the doctor does not massively interfere with the deeper structures under the skin. Its result is usually smaller. Your aesthetic doctor will advise you which method is more suitable for you.

Can I have the procedure with a rash or other skin condition?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. In order for the operation to be performed, your skin must be completely healthy without purulent deposits and other skin diseases.
