I live in the UK and was doing my research to have upper bleph, my eyelids were very heavy & hooded making me look tired and under confident, hated having a photo taken. I got in touch with MedRoyal and Dani made contact , I sent in photos and we chatted on the phone. Dani then checked for suitable surgeons and I decided on YES Visage clinic with Dr Mrna. Dani helped with the hotel suggestion which was attached to the clinic. I travelled alone, felt safe & cared for. I have had my stitches removed today in the UK and the results after 8 days are amazing. I am still healing but even the nurse in the UK said the job the surgeon had done was really very good. Dani also assisted with the logistic of transfer arrangements from airport to hotel and return.   Dani always responded promptly to any concerns or questions I had and explained everything in a very professional and reassuring way.    Due to a problem with availability of clinical staff, to carry out my operation on the planned day, Dani very quickly had to arrange for a different surgeon to see me and also make new arrangements for all the pre-op tests, so that the operation could take place on the day planned, as I was already in the country. Gynecomastia or a swollen mammary gland can be solved either by modern invasive liposuction methods such as VaserLipo or BodyJet (water jet technique) or by complete removal of the mammary gland, medically known as extirpation. Is it possible to combine liposuction with total removal of the mammary gland?

Yes, state-of-the-art technologies allow the combination of these two procedures. However, it it’ill be necessary to take into account that they’ll take place under general anesthesia and that you will be hospitalized for one day at the clinic.

Are there scars after breast liposuction?

Breast liposuction scars are only 0.5 cm in size and disappear completely within a year. The scars are not sutured after the operation, but covered with a patch.

Can breast fat reappear over time?

Breast liposuction does not change or affect the way your metabolism works. Therefore, continue to monitor your weight, have a balanced diet and exercise regularly.
