What is breast augmentation with fat transfer?
Fat transfer breast augmentation is a surgical procedure in which excess fat is removed from problem areas (belly, waist, inner and outer thighs, knees, etc.) and used to augment the breasts. One of the main benefits of this technique is that it does not involve any artificial implants that may need replacing or repairing in time. In addition, this method is less painful and requires a much shorter recovery period.

Please keep in mind, however, that this excellent method does have limitations: It can add one cup size at most. Most women find this is more than enough and gain two benefits in one procedure. For very slim women it may be difficult to extract enough fat for the transfer. What to expect
1.Before the operation
For two weeks before the treatment avoid aspirin and other blood thinners. Discontinue hormonal contraception at least three weeks before the operation. Minimise alcohol consumption and smoking for a few days before the procedure. Ideally you should stop smoking completely. If you are over 40, please go for a mammogram or ultrasound.
2.During the operation
Breast augmentation requires a one-day stay at the clinic and takes place under general anaesthesia. The anaesthesiologist remains present during the entire procedure. Once removed from the desired areas, the fat is processed and cleaned to remove excess blood and oil. After that the plastic surgeon transfers it to the breasts using tiny cannulas. You can take a sedative before the procedure begins, if you wish.
3.Post-operation
After the procedure you may see widespread bruising, which should disappear within about two weeks. Even so, this method is less painful and requires a shorter recovery time than artificial implants. You will not have to do breast massage or wear a special compression bra, only post-liposuction garments in the affected areas. You will be able to return to normal activities in three to four days.
